6 Weeks Challenge

In this fitness journey we face many ups and downs. Similarly I faced a situation where i was not able to workout and was completely going through medications because of few health issues for few months. Starting it again was a challenging task, but it was not impossible. So I challenged myself to get transformation with a time span of 6 weeks. I was not able to lift heavy at first but I continued with my workout and slowly came back to normal.

Fat Loss - 7%.

Gained Muscle - 4%

Strength Gained - 50%+
